Yatindra K Shrivastava
Founder CEO
Yatindra is an Engineer by qualification with 33 years of experience in the industry. With 27 years of experience in various multi-national companies at senior positions and 6 years in the field of consulting, training, and audits/ appraisals.
He is a certified Lead Appraiser for CMMI-Development and CMMI-Security. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 55001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and a certified auditor for ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 27701, ISO 13485.
During his corporate career, he has played a pivotal role in getting his organizations certified to CMMI-Dev ML5, CMMI-SVC ML5, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 31001, ISO 20000, and others.
As a consultant and Lead Appraiser/ Auditor, he has consulted and trained 40+ organizations for CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 13485, and others. He has also completed 30+ CMMI appraisals as a Lead Appraiser. His clients include companies in IT, ITES, E-Learning, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Construction, Medical Devices, Logistics, Power Sector, Insurance domains.
Yatindra has experience in leading and managing multi-locational and multi-cultural teams across India, UK, USA, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, Nigeria, and China.
Soma Shrivastava
Soma is a commerce graduate with a post-graduation in computer science and education. She has 25+ years of experience in the education field, workforce management and administration with various educational institutions.
She has extensive experience in planning, monitoring, and managing learning progressions for learners in various age groups and experience levels. She is also a passionate trainer.
She has played a pivotal role in establishing an educational institute from ground up till full-fledged operations.
Soma is a certified energy healer and a trainer in this area with a strong passion for human relations and wellbeing.
Basavaiah Muppuri
Basavaiah Muppuri, fondly called “Basu” has an M. Tech qualification from IIT Kharagpur. He has 20+ years of experience with various multi-national companies in middle and senior management positions. He has been in the consulting field for 5+ years.
Basu is a certified Appraisal Team Member for CMMI-SVC and has been part of a successful appraisal for ML3.
As a consultant, Basu has enabled multiple companies to get certified for CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC for ML3. He has also enabled multiple organizations to get certified for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000.
He has strong Project Management experience and has led multiple projects with a team size of more than 20 resources. He comes with extensive experience in conducting RCA, managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational KPAs, Teardown Analysis, and Reverse Engineering.
Basu has experience in leading and managing multi-locational and multi-cultural teams across Germany, France, Norway, Australia, China, and Thailand.
Anil Dhar
Anil Dhar is a Science graduate with a Post Graduation in Hotel Management. He has 30+ years of experience in IT and ITES domain with various multi-national companies. He has managed multiple service projects as a Senior Delivery Manager for international clients.
Anil has certifications for PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, and ITIL.
Anil has extensive experience in the areas of Environment Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Energy Management, and Safety & Security audits. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
During his corporate career, Anil has played a pivotal role in getting his organizations certified for ISO 14001, ISO 50001, reduction in supply chain carbon footprint, reduction in GHG emissions, achieving carbon neutral certification, international CSR Excellence award, and Green Apple award.
As a consultant, he has enabled multiple organizations across the globe to achieve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications in the manufacturing, IT & ITES, and hospitality domains.
Anil has worked as General Secretary and Program Director for Vision India 2047.
Dr. Adrian J Peters
Dr. Peters has a Doctorate in Business Administration with specialization in Management Information Systems. He has 26+ years of experience in IT and ITES domain with various multi-national companies at middle and senior management levels.
Dr. Peters is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, a certified auditor for ISO 27001 and ISO 14001. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
During his corporate career, he has played a pivotal role in getting his organizations certified to CMMI-Dev ML5, CMMI-SVC ML5, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO 31001, ISO 20000, and others. He has led multiple six sigma projects within his organizations.
As a consultant, Dr. Peters has enabled multiple companies to get certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, and ISO 20000. He has also conducted six sigma black belt projects for a few clients.
He is a passionate trainer and has conducted multiple training sessions internally as well as for the clients in the areas of CMMI, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, Business Continuity and Six Sigma.
